Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. By using the product, you confirm that you meet those requirements.
Acceptable use
Use Mogalytics only with your own informed consent and on images or camera feeds you are authorized to use. Do not use it to identify people, make employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, medical, or other high-impact decisions, harass anyone, evade another service's rules, probe the service, or interfere with its operation.
How to interpret it
Readings are experimental camera-visible ratios. They vary with lens, pose, distance, light, expression, model behavior, and browser or device. They are not attractiveness ratings, biometric identity, diagnoses, treatment advice, or promises of real-world outcomes.
Pro purchase
Pro is presented as a one-time browser entitlement at the price shown before checkout. Because the entitlement and history are local, clearing browser storage may remove access or saved sessions. Download the portable recovery license and export any history you need to retain; the license can restore Pro in another browser but does not contain session history. Refund and support handling will be published with the operator contact mailbox before checkout is enabled.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your local readings and exports. The open-source core is available under its repository license. Mogalytics names, product copy, visual identity, hosted service, and non-open assets remain protected by applicable law.
Availability
The service may change, pause, or end. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” without guarantees of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Mogalytics is not liable for decisions made from readings or for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Third parties
Stripe and hosting providers operate under their own terms. Mogalytics is not affiliated with or endorsed by Omoggle and does not connect to, scrape, automate, or interfere with third-party services.
Changes & contact
Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. A public product contact will be added before paid checkout is enabled; no placeholder address is presented as live.
